Refunds, returns, and/or exchanges are not accepted on any custom made items. Items include but are not limited to Person Prop, Party Prop, Custom Balloon Prop (Mosaic), Custom 3D Party Prop.
Customer is allowed 24 hours to cancel order and receive a refund. NO REFUNDS AFTER 24 HOURS. Store credit will be provided toward a future event. Credit will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed and must be used within the 1 full calendar year.
Whether a Prop is used in a Celebration, Photo Shoot, Graduation, Holiday, Trade Show or Corporate Event it is guaranteed to make your event unforgettable!
